Refund Policy

Indie Developer Luck ("we", "us", or "our") operates the WBuilds for Building Guide mobile application and the wbuilds.app website. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for WBuilds Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases, and how to request one.

Purchases Made on the Website

Purchases made through wbuilds.app are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle (paddle.com), which handles payment, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or of a subscription renewal, no questions asked.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• To request a refund, use the form below, email us at [email protected], or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the email on your receipt.

Purchases Made Through the App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed or made a purchase inside the WBuilds app on iOS or Android, the payment was processed by Apple or Google, and refunds must be requested through them:

• Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund decisions for App Store purchases are made by Apple.
• Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history. If more than 48 hours have passed, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• Cancelling does not automatically refund past charges; see the refund windows above.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or through Paddle for web purchases.

Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you forget to cancel and are charged for the first billing period of a web purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.

One-Time (Lifetime) Purchases

Lifetime purchases made on the website follow the same 14-day refund window. Lifetime purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow Apple's and Google's refund processes described above.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the statutory withdrawal rights available to consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK.
