This policy explains how WBuilds Pro subscriptions are billed, how to cancel one, and how refunds are handled. It applies to Indie Developer Luck ("we", "us"), operator of the WBuilds for Building Guide app and the wbuilds.app website.
WBuilds Pro is a subscription that unlocks the full library of original, self-created step-by-step building guides and instructional content inside WBuilds. It is digital content, delivered immediately and continuously for the duration of the subscription. WBuilds does not sell in-game items, currency, mods, cheats, accounts or server access.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge; your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel through the channel you originally purchased on:
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. It must be cancelled through the store or processor that billed it.
If you purchased WBuilds Pro directly on our website, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Email indiecreatorluck@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, or reply to your receipt, and include your order or receipt number. No reason is required for a first-purchase refund inside this window.
We also refund, outside the 14-day window:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to review requests within 2 business days; once approved, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5–10 business days to post the money back.
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. We cannot issue refunds for those charges — the store holds the transaction. Request them directly:
If a store declines your request and you believe it was our fault, contact us and we will do what we can to help.
A selection of complete build guides is available at no cost, on the web and in the app, so you can see exactly what the tutorials look like before subscribing. We recommend trying them first.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback locks the transaction with the card network and takes far longer to resolve than a direct refund, and it may suspend access to your account while it is being reviewed. In almost every case we can settle the issue faster by email.
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
For any cancellation or refund question, email indiecreatorluck@gmail.com. Include the email address used at checkout and your receipt number so we can find the transaction quickly.
